    Current Situation

    The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the Oasis Senior Apartment complex.  Fire department crews arrived on scene and found a small fire in an apartment bathroom.  The fire was extinguished by the sprinkler system prior to our arrival.  Department personnel ensured the fire was extinguished and removed water from the affected tenants.  Fire Department Arson Investigators were on scene, the cause of the fire is under investigation.  One civilian was medically evaluated on scene but did not require ambulance transport.  There was not any firefighter injuries reported.
