Below you will find monthly reports of the City's unaudited and unadjusted financial activity. This financial activity report reflects revenue and expenses for the City's largest major governmental funds and business type activities, and is intended for informational purposes only.

Below you will find financial reports regarding purchases made by the City of $50,000 or less. These items include:

Purchase orders encumbered in more than one account are shown
for the primary account only with the total encumbrance for all accounts.

Any purchases paid for using the City's Request for Payment process
as outlined in Administrative Manual Policy 07.006.00 are excluded from this
report as they are not subject to competitive selection.

Certain contracts and agreements may be approved by the City
Council even though they are below the threshold requiring City Council
approval.
