Current Situation
City of Riverside Fire Department responded for a reported structure fire in the 5700 block of Argyle Way. Upon arrival initial fire personnel were confronted with a single story structure with light smoke coming from within the structure. All occupants were outside of the structure. Fire crews made entry and extinguished a fire in the kitchen that originated from the oven. Fire crews performed salvage and overhaul. Fire was contained to kitchen area. Cause is under investigation. No civilian or firefighter injuries. Scene left to homeowner.
