    Final Report

    On February 19, 2023, at 10:16 P.M., the City of Riverside Fire Department responded a first alarm structure fire assignment to the 10300 block of Bonita Avenue.  Upon arrival firefighters encountered a working fire in an attached enclosed patio.  Firefighters performed an aggressive fire attack containing the fire to the room of origin.  A primary and secondary search was conducted with no occupants found in the home.

    Fire investigators were unable to determine the cause of origin.

    The estimated property loss was $50,000 with a save of $350,000.

    There were no injured firefighters or civilians.  The property and utilities were secured upon conclusion of the incident.  The house is not inhabitable.

    Initial Report

    The City of Riverside Fire Department is on scene in the 10300 Block of Bonita of a single-story single-family residence.  The primary and secondary search was clear.  There are currently no firefighter or civilian injuries. 

    The fire is under control and under investigation.
