Current Situation
The City of Riverside Fire Department is currently on scene of a large commercial structure fire at the corner of 5th and Commerce Street. The involved building is a two-story auto parts store. The building is heavily involved with fire, and fire crews are in a defensive operation, with the priority of minimizing damage to any surrounding buildings. Commitment time for resources on scene is 3-4 hours. Battalion 1 Allen is the Commerce Incident Commander.
