    Current Situation

(Recent updates are posted at the top of the Current Situation)

The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to the Old Boy Scout camp for a vegetation fire that originated in a homeless camp.  The fire was held to 1/3 acre with no firefighter or civilian injuries.  Firefighters were on scene for several hours due to difficult access and extensive mop-up due to several palm trees involved in the fire.
