    At 1608 the City of Riverside Fire Department was dispatched to a vegetation fire on Doolittle Avenue near Hole Lake.  The first arriving unit found a quarter acre of vegetation burning in light fuels spreading laterally along the bank of Hole Lake.  Fire attack was initiated, and a perimeter was established around the fire.  The size of the fire was approximately a half-acre and there were no structures threatened.  The cause of the fire was undetermined after investigation but with human involvement.  The fire appeared to originate within a homeless encampment.  There were no firefighter or civilian injuries.
