Current Situation
At 1208 on 7/18/2023 the City of Riverside Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire at 10380 Gould Street. The first arriving unit found smoke and fire coming from the second story windows of a small apartment complex. A rapid attack on the fire was initiated and the damage was limited to the apartment of origin. There were a total of 6 displaced occupants for whom the Red Cross was contacted. The loss was estimated at $35,000 with a save of $1.500,000. One civilian sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local area hospital. There were no firefighter injuries. The cause of the fire was undetermined after investigation.
