Current Situation
The City of Riverside Fire Department has responded a first alarm vegetation fire response along with a water tender to Van Buren X Jurupa for a vegetation fire. The fire is currently two acres with a slow rate of spread and within the City of Riverside jurisdiction. There are no evacuations at this time and no threat to any infrastructure. The fire is now contained with mop-up and overhaul for two hours.
