Current Situation
The Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on the 4500 block of Jurupa Ave. at 1751 Hrs. When fire units arrived on scene they reported a moderate amount of smoke issuing from a single story apartment complex. Fire attack was made with a single 1.75-inch line keeping the fire to the area of origin. The arriving Truck Company provided vertical ventilation in conjunction with the fire attack. A single person was displaced by the fire. The cause of the fire was found to be a faulty gas line supplying the stove. No injuries were sustained by civilians nor Firefighters.
