    On September 16, 2023, at 10:21 a.m., The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a first alarm structure fire assignment to 6919 Magnolia Ave for reports of a small building on fire.  Firefighters arrived to find an exterior fire that had entered the attic space of the structure.  An aggressive fire attack coordinated with roof operations stopped the fire in the attic space.  The business is a Dentist Office, and all equipment and patient records were not damaged by the fire or firefighter operations. 

    A suspect in the fire was detained by RPD and the fire is currently under investigation by Arson Investigators along with RPD. 

    Initial Update:

    The City of Riverside Fire Department is currently on scene of a structure fire at 6919 Magnolia. The first arriving engine reported smoke showing from the attic of a small building that is being used as a dental office.  Battalion 1 Vanderhorst is the Magnolia IC and resource commitment time is approximately 1-2 hours.
