Current Situation
The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire on the 7200 block of Magnolia Avenue on 1/14/2026 at 0038 hours. The first-arriving unit found a working fire. The single-story structure was fully involved and identified as a commercial business. A second alarm was requested. Fire crews deployed hose lines and established a defensive perimeter to extinguish the fire. Battalion 1 Stibal was in command of the Magnolia Incident. The incident required 28 firefighters to achieve knockdown, perform overhaul, and complete salvage operations. Notifications were made to Fire Investigation and Code Enforcement for continued investigation. There were no reported injuries to firefighters or civilians.
