Current Situation
The City of Riverside Fire Department on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 4:45 p.m., responded to 6370 Magnolia Ave at the Bank of America building for a car that drove into the building trapping an occupant under the front of the vehicle. The Riverside Police Department responded as well. City of Riverside Firefighters worked to extract the patient from under the front of the vehicle in under 11 minutes from the time of dispatch. The patient was in moderate condition and transported to a local trauma center.
The driver of the vehicle was assessed on scene by fire department paramedics and released on scene.
The vehicle accident investigation was handled by the Riverside Police Department.
The building damage was being taken care of by the property management and there was no structural integrity compromise to the structure.
