    The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported water rescue in the river bottom near the Mission Inn Bridge.  First arriving units reported a female victim that was trapped on an island with fast moving water flowing around her.  The City of Riverside Fire Department Technical Rescue Team was requested to respond.  Additionally, The Riverside County Fire Department sent a water rescue component to assist with the extraction.  The victim was extracted without incident and was treated on scene and released.
