    At 1747 hrs, on 1/26, the City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in a residence in the 10200 Block of Mull Ave, Ward 6.  The first arriving unit reported a working fire in a single story home.  All residents had evacuated prior to fire department arrival.  An aggressive interior attack was performed and the fire was placed under control within 18 min.  The home was divided into two separate occupancies and the origin of the fire was a bedroom in the rear, two bedroom apartment.  A fire investigator determined the cause to be accidental, and likely electrical in nature.  Red Cross responded to assist the displaced family with temporary housing.  One resident was evaluated for smoke inhalation by fire department paramedics, but did not transport by ambulance.

     

     

    The City of Riverside Fire Department in on scene in the 10200 Block of Mull Ave for a residential structure fire.  The fire is contained and under control.  A primary search has been completed.  The fire is under investigation.  The Incident Commander is requesting Red Cross for displaced residents.  There are currently no firefighter or civilian injuries.
