    The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported tree fire in the 3900 block of Ottawa Ave.  When fire units arrived on scene, they discovered a large tree that had come into contact with powerlines.  This resulted in a power outage to several blocks in the immediate area.  Riverside City Firefighters confirmed that no powerlines were down and there was no threat to the neighborhood. Riverside Public Utilities was requested and responded to the incident to restore power to the neighborhood.  There were no civilian or firefighter injuries reported during the incident.
