    On Saturday July 23, 2022, at 0218 Hours, the City of Riverside Fire Department responded to Jurupa Ave X Pachappa for a vehicle that had left the roadway of Jurupa Ave and went over the side into the Pachappa Cut of the Union Pacific Railroad.  Firefighters arrived to discover a solo vehicle with two adult male patients.   A Technical Rescue was conducted to extricate the patients.  One Adult Male was in critical condition and the other Adult Male was in minor conditions.  Both patients were transported to a local area hospital.  Both patients were self-extricated from the vehicle prior to our arrival. 

    The Union Pacific Railroad was shut down for the incident.  The incident was transitioned to the Riverside Police Department for investigation.
