    The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported possible structure fire in the 5500 block of Rio Rancho Dr.  First in units found the fire to be in the river bottom near the given address.  The fire was found to be a homeless encampment and the adjacent brush burning.  The fire was contained to approximately ½ acre with no spread to any of the nearby homes.
