Current Situation

The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported vegetation fire in the area of Allesandro and Sycamore Canyon.  Cal Fire also responded and worked with Riverside Fire to establish a hose lay and extinguish the fire.  The total area burned was .5 acres.  The cause of the fire was undetermined, however the area had multiple homeless encampments and was likely human caused.  There were no injuries or property damage.
