Current Situation
On 04/19/2025, at approximately 1030 am, a traffic collision involving two vehicles occurred at the intersection of University Avenue and Park Avenue in the City of Riverside. Emergency personnel responded to the scene, where one individual sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Unfortunately, the second occupant was pronounced deceased on-site. The Riverside Police Department is investigating the incident, and the intersection was temporarily closed to traffic during the investigation.
