Current Situation
The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a vegetation fire in the river bottom area. The fire was about 150 X 50 in medium to heavy fuels. Crews made their way to the fire for extinguishment. There appeared to be homeless activity in the area of the burn. The cause if the fire is undetermined. Once the fire was extinguished the area was overhauled.
No firefighters were injured during the incident.
