History of the SSgt. Salvador J. Lara Casa Blanca Library
The 10,000 square foot SSgt. Salvador J. Lara Casa Blanca Library opened in 2003 and was remodeled in 2009.
The library is a “Family Place Library” for early childhood information, including a Play and Learn (PAL) Island, books, toys, audio-visual materials, and other resources. These items were funded through a Carpenter Grant.
