2018 City of Riverside Fire and Police Expo

October is Fire Prevention Month. The City of Riverside will host its 4th Annual Public Safety Expo (FREE) in downtown Riverside on Saturday, October 20, 2018. This year’s event will include:

• Firefighter Rappelling Evolution from the Municipal Auditorium
• Fire Extinguisher Demo
• Horse Animal Rescue Team Demo
• Hazardous Materials Demo
• RPD Metro Demo
• Technical Services Unit
• Vehicle Extrication Demo
• CERT Team Demo
• Vehicle Fire Demonstration, AND MORE!
 

Come and learn how to make your home fire safe. You can develop an escape plan and practice it in our mobile fire safety trailer. This will be a fun experience for the entire family. It is free, and there will special events for children.

The location will be in front of the old Fire Station Number One: Mission Inn Avenue between Lime and Lemon. The event kicks off at 12:00 PM and will conclude at 3:00 PM.
