Museum of Riverside

The garden and landscape plan, originaly designed by Cynthia Covert, features heirloom plants that would have been flourishing during the late 19th century. The goal of the gardens is to provide a true Victorian era experience for visitors that:

• Uses historically accurate plants
• Provides educational opportunities for children and adults
• Provides pleasant spaces for current and future events and programs
• Provides a source for heirloom plants
• Integrates exterior landscape into the interpretation of the site
