Renewable Energy
Where does Riverside get its Energy from?
Ever wonder where you get your energy from? About 43.8% of electricity sold to Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) customers in 2019 was Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions-free. This electricity consisted of geothermal, solar, wind, and much more. It is anticipated that 50% of electricity sold to RPU customers will be GHG emissions-free. Way to go Riverside!
