The Public Permit Portal will enable you to remotely submit permit applications and electronic plans, pay fees, track progress, complete permit issuance, schedule and receive inspection results, and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The City invites you to register and utilize the Public Permit Portal powered by the POSSE Land Management System (LMS). Begin streamlining your development projects without visiting City Hall, waiting in lines for service, or printing paper plans, saving you time and money.

REVIEW TURNAROUND TIMES AND EXPEDITED PLAN CHECK
All submittals undergo an initial completeness check, which typically takes 1—3 business days. During this step, staff verify that all required plans, documents, and information have been provided.
Applications are not placed into plan review until they are deemed complete. Once complete, the project is entered into the plan check queue, and the published turnaround times for plan review will begin.
Expedited after-hours plan review services are available upon request. Applicants are responsible for the after-hours hourly rates of each assigned plan reviewer.

Resubmissions
For resubmissions, PLEASE BE SURE TO UPLOAD A RESPONSE LETTER AS A SEPERATE PDF addressing each plan check correction. The response letter must list each correction followed by your response explaining how the comment was addressed. Please indicate the page number where the changes can be found and identify the changes with cloud and delta.
Plan Revisions & Deferred Submittals
When submitting revised plans, ONLY UPLOAD THE PLAN SHEETS THAT INCLUDE CHANGES. PLEASE BE SURE TO UPLOAD A NARRATIVE OF REVISIONS AS A SEPERATE PDF describing each revision. Indicate the page number where the changes can be found and identify the changes with cloud and delta.
