The purpose of the Neighborhood Block Party Application is to provide a simple way for residents of the City of Riverside to close a street for a Residential Neighborhood Block Party.

The Arts & Cultural Affairs Team oversees the permitting process for neighborhood block party events that take place within the City of Riverside. Throughout the permitting process, applicants will work with a city liaison who will facilitate the permitting process between all City of Riverside departments and the applicants.
