Hunt, Sippy Woodhead/Bobby Bonds, and Shamel Park Pools 

The heat is here to stay for awhile. The City of Riverside PRCSD is extending pool access through October 5 at Hunt, Shamel and Sippy Woodhead Pools!

• Swim Lessons: DATES range from TIMES. 
• Recreation Swim: DATES range from TIMES. 


Lifeguard Training Camp

The program teaches lifeguard candidates the skills and knowledge necessary to prevent and respond to emergencies. Participants will demonstrate 300-yards contunious swim, using the front crawl and breast stroke, retrieve a 10-lb weight in 7 feet of water , and tread water with legs only for two minutes. Participants must be 15 years of age or older and proficient in level 5 swim skills. 

Bobby Bonds Park/Sippy Woodhead Pool

DATES range from TIMES. $45 for 2 weeks ($67/Non-Resident)

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be granted unless class is cancelled. Credits will be issued for the amount of the course if the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is notified before the second class meeting. Exceptions – Special Events, Aquatics, Lifeguard Training, Day Camps, and After School programs, due to high demand and limited spacing, credits, transfers or refunds will not be issued.
Refunds will not be granted for Youth Sports programs, however credits will be issued if requested in writing two weeks prior to the first scheduled game.
Online registration transaction fees are non-refundable.
