A Public Landscape permit, as issued by the Public Works Department, is required for public planting and irrigation work. Contact the Public Works Landscape Inspector at (951) 351-6313 to schedule a preconstruction meeting and to obtain the permit.
The Riverside Municipal Code Chapter 19.570 applies to most landscaping projects with a total landscape area greater than 2,500 square feet.
