Athens Pick-up:
Holidays taking place Monday through Friday will result in a one day delay of service for each day after the holiday
Christmas Tree Recycling
Christmas trees are collected with the normal trash pick-up between Jan. 2, 2024 through Jan. 31, 2024. Please follow these procedures for proper Christmas disposal:
- Remove the stand, ornaments and decorations
- Cut your tree into 4-foot lengths and place in your green container or place on the curb next to your green container
- Flocked trees are not green waste and should be cut into 4- foot lengths and placed in or next to the brown container on the curb
- If tree is placed in green or brown container, the lid of the container must close in order to receive service
Dispose Bulky Trash and Yard Waste
On the 3rd Saturday of every month, City of Riverside residents may show their utility bill and dispose of their bulky trash and yard waste for FREE at the Agua Mansa Transfer Station at 1830 Agua Mansa Rd, Riverside.
